I had been suffering from a growly voice which occasionally disappeared. I had been receiving general treatment from my GP including nasal sprays. As this had gone on for some time I was referred to Mr Trotter. On my first visit I found him very reassuring. Considering this had been going on for over a year it was nice to find someone who actually recognised that this was given me a lot of concern. Following a brief examination he discovered a nodule, which did not require surgery but recommended language therapy. This worked. Doing the exercises, rehydration etc has worked. On a follow up examination the nodule has gone. This has made a great difference to me and hopefully I will be back to singing soon instead of miming.

HI Ya, I been through a surgery back of my head it was big Lump and it was really annoying me in my daily life I been look after by Mr Trotter I be really thank full he took all care measure before to take me into theatre he done altrasound then mri then operation, now I am really happy he took my lump out which was 7 to 8 inch big then 4 to 5 inch wide and deep like 3 to 4 inch it was big surgery but now I can really enjoy my daily life without any conscious n my sleep great I can sleep on any side it was great, I am must mention here I 100% trust on the Dr and really happy with the procedure and want to say that this Dr is really experienced caring and look after his patients A++++++++++++ Thanks A lot Dr Trotter

When you attend for an appointment he always takes time to listen to you and explains everything clearly to you when sometimes things are hard to understand. I feel that he cares for his patients as an individual and this helps me to trust and be reassured by his decision. Mr Trotter has been my consultant for many years I could not wish for any better Consultant.

Dr Trotter has been open and honest from the start and always willing to listen to our concerns. Our daughter seemed very young to have grommets but Dr Trotter re-assured us all would be fine and it would not be detrimental to her in anyway. Our daughter has had two general operations, the first was not successful in the pre op room, although successful after. We addressed our concerns and Dr Trotter made sure it was handled in a much more professional manner the second time round. 3 years on and her grommets have now come out and her hearing is perfect. If we had not trusted Dr Trotter our daughter may not have had such a good start at the beginning of her life. We can not thank Dr Trotter enough for his care and genuine concern for our daughters health and we would highly recommend to him to anyone. He has made us all feel very at ease and not silly for asking numerous questions ! We even get to keep the grommet and cannot believe something so small has dramatically changed our daughters life - thankyou Dr Trotter.
